The agreement between you and Livano when you use our website, app, valuations and listings.

Please read these terms before you use Livano. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms govern your use of the Livano website, the Livano mobile app and everything we offer through them, including AVM Pro and the listings marketplace. Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer form part of this agreement.
Livano gives you data-driven estimates of what a property may be worth, along with tools to explore the market and to advertise a property. Our valuations are automated estimates for guidance only. They are not certified appraisals, and they are not an offer to buy, sell or lend. Section 6 and our Disclaimer explain this in more detail.
Some features need an account. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your password safe and to be responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@livano.al if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
When you use Livano, you agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you submit, including listing text and photos. By uploading it, you give us permission to store, display and use it so we can run the service, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. You are responsible for making sure your listings are accurate and lawful. We may review, edit the placement of, or remove any content that breaks these terms or that we consider inappropriate, and we may do so without notice.
Every valuation Livano produces is an automated estimate based on the data available to us and the details you enter. Real market value depends on many factors we may not see, and prices change over time. A Livano valuation is not a professional appraisal, a survey, financial advice or a mortgage decision. Always confirm important numbers with a qualified appraiser, agent or advisor before you rely on them. Please read our full Disclaimer.
Browsing the site is free. Paid features such as AVM Pro and API access are offered on paid plans. Where a fee applies, we will show it clearly before you commit, and any specific plan terms will apply on top of these.
The Livano name, logo, software, design, models and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy or reuse our materials beyond that without our written permission.
Livano may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools, such as maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We work to keep Livano running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features at any time, and we will try to give notice of major changes where we reasonably can.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on a valuation or other information from Livano. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If your use of the service, your content or your breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we need to remove to protect the service or other users. If we do, the sections meant to survive, such as those on liability and intellectual property, will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a significant change, we will update the date above and make the change clear. If you keep using Livano after that, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Tiranë, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
