AVM stands for Automated Valuation Model: a computer model that estimates what a property is worth from data, instead of one person's opinion. It is the same kind of technology that banks and platforms like Zoopla and Zillow use, and AVM Pro is our advanced version, built for Albania and working at the level of a single, specific property.

The AI

The AI behind every number

AVM Pro pinpoints your exact property: its precise location (longitude, latitude and its H3 map area), the street, the size in square metres, the number of bedrooms and the property type. It then looks at comparable properties nearby and what they sold or were listed for, and blends everything with machine-learning algorithms trained on the whole market. The result is a valuation together with a confidence level, so you know how much to trust the number.

H3: a system created by Uber that covers the map in small, equal hexagons, so the model compares a property to its true local area rather than a whole city.

Machine learning: instead of fixed rules written by hand, the model learns from thousands of real sales which factors move price and by how much, and keeps improving as new data arrives.
